Widgets

Widgets are the components used to build Optimo IoT dashboards. They display current values and historical data, analyze events and alarms, represent a plant, and, when permitted, send commands.

Each widget can be added and configured from edit mode. Configuration generally includes a title, one or more variables, a time range, and widget-specific display or interaction options.

The New Widget window displays the widgets available in the current context:

• dashboards provide interactive and monitoring components;
• PDF reports provide a selection of widgets compatible with the document format;
• available variables and commands depend on the user's permissions and the plant configuration.
